A connecting bar for fixing a strong anchor on a ceiling wall is provided to briefly and firmly fix the strong anchor to the ceiling wall by applying shock from a hammer drill to the strong anchor. A connecting bar for fixing a strong anchor on a ceiling wall comprises a first connecting bar(1), a second connecting bar(2), a third connecting bar(3), a fourth connecting bar(4) and a fifth connecting bar(5). The first connecting bar is composed of a drill installation unit(9) having a connection groove(8) at one side to be inserted in a hammer drill or a drilling machine; a ball(11) contacting the upper end surface of the drill installation unit to maximally transmit shock; a cover(10) inserted in the drill installation unit to support a part of the ball; a ball(21) of which lower end contacts the upper of the ball to transmit shock from the hammer drill; a anti-rotation unit(55) of which one side contacts the upper surface of the ball, of which external periphery adheres to an inner groove(53) of an inside cover(54) formed at the center of an outside cover(51) to stop the ball when the ball spins; a support unit(12) supporting the external periphery of the inside cover and the groove on the internal periphery of the outside cover; and a spring(14) placed on a support surface(15) formed on the upper end of the outside cover; a central pipe(19) going in the outside cover; an inside ring(20) mounted on the external periphery of the central pipe; a moving groove(24) formed at both sides of the central pipe and the inside ring; a fixing ball(16) inserted in the moving groove; a fixing ball movement piece(17) supporting one side of the fixing ball, and contacting the upper surface of the spring through the lower surface; and an outside ring(22) of which internal periphery lower end moves together with the fixing ball movement piece.
