A slab embedment anchor bolt is provided to prevent the bolt from projecting out of a slab by embedding and to reuse a safe anchor ring by loosening from the bolt to release. A slab embedment anchor bolt comprises a conical anchor bolt fixing tool(40) mounted on the upper part of an aluminum slab gang-form(30); a bolt(50) screwed to a through-hole(41) of the anchor bolt fixing tool from the lower part of the aluminum slab gang form; a butterfly nut(52) fitted to the bolt to fix the anchor bolt fixing tool to the aluminum slab gang form; a safe anchor(60) inserted in the upper part of the through-hole of the anchor bolt fixing tool; and a safe anchor ring(70) screwed to the upper part of the safe anchor. When concrete is poured, a ring part of the safe anchor ring is projected out of the upper part of the slab.
