An apparatus and a method for regenerating oil by pyrolyzing synthetic resin waste are provided to regenerate oil that is a refined oil by condensing and oil-water separating a gas generated by pyrolyzing synthetic resin waste in a pyrolysis tank of a heating furnace, improve economic efficiency by efficiently collecting the gas generated during pyrolysis of synthetic resin waste, and reduce waste disposal cost and prevent environmental pollution by recycling the synthetic resin waste. An apparatus for regenerating oil by pyrolyzing synthetic resin waste comprises: a waste injection equipment for injecting waste collected in a hopper(11), and a carbide recovering equipment for recovering remained carbide; a pyrolysis tank connected to an outer surface of a gas exhaust pipe to pyrolyze injected waste and movably installed on an upper part of a moving car(25') on moving rails(25); a heating furnace(30) in which a fire chamber is formed such that the pyrolysis tank can be led into the fire chamber, which has a heating burner installed at one side thereof to heat the pyrolysis tank, and of which a body is formed as a double jacket; a rotating equipment(40) for rotating the pyrolysis tank by connecting the pyrolysis tank placed in the fire chamber of the heating furnace to a rotary shaft gas pipe(42); a second pyrolysis equipment(50) for transferring gas generated in the pyrolysis tank through the rotary shaft gas pipe, thereby pyrolyzing the gas to separate the gas from carbide particles and prevent the gas from flowing back; and a condenser(60) for condensing the pyrolyzed gas of the second pyrolysis equipment, and a gas separator(70) comprising an oil-water separating filter for separating oil and water from the condensed gas. |
