A fine aggregate recycling system is provided to effectively scatter particles by a blower by pouring the aggregate into a fine particle removing machine with spreading the aggregates by an aggregate spreading device. The fine aggregate recycling system is composed of an aggregate spreading device(10) transferring fine aggregates crushed below 5mm with spreading the fine aggregates by obliquely installing a transfer plate(11) at the upper side; a vibrator(13) installed in the aggregate spreading device to vibrate the transfer plate; an elastic support shaft(17) mounted at the side of the vibrator to elastically support the transfer plate; a fine particle removing device(20) having an inlet(22) receiving the fine aggregates delivered by the transfer plate, an air feed unit formed at the lower side, a discharge part(24) discharging the fine particles, and a pair of outlets(25,26) formed at the lower side to discharge the fine aggregates removed from the fine particles; a blower(30) connected to the air feed unit to scatter the fine particles by blowing the air to the fine aggregates; a filter(31) connected to the fine particle removing device to absorb the scattered fine particles; a direction switching member(40) installed at the air feed unit to control a drop point of the fine aggregate by changing the air blowing direction of the blower; and an aggregate separating unit(50) embedded in the fine particle removing device to selectively guide and discharge the fine aggregates controlled by the direction switching member. A vibrating rotary plate(15) of the vibrator is rotatably connected to a rotary motor(14). Vibration generating units(16) are protruded around the vibrating rotary plate at regular intervals to vibrate the transfer plate by changing a rotary motion of the rotary motor into a vertical motion. The blower and the filter are connected to each other through a funnel to re-supply the purified air removed from the fine particle to the blower. |
