SOCKETLESS CONNECTABLE PLANAR SEMICONDUCTOR MODULE

摘要

A socketless planar semiconductor module is provided to reduce a mounting height of the module and to mount easily stably the module on a main board by using fixture holes. A socketless planar semiconductor module includes a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(102), a semiconductor device(110) mounted on the PCB, a plurality of connection terminals, and fixture holes. The plurality of connection terminals are formed on one surface of the PCB. The plurality of connection terminals are directly connected to connection points of a main board. The fixture holes(106) are formed through the PCB. The fixture holes are used for aligning the connection terminals with the connection points of the main board.
