FIELD: aero-space equipment, namely, supporting units for positioning satellite equipment on three-layered panels of space platforms. ^ SUBSTANCE: supporting unit of three-layered panel contains bushing with flanges on both ends, mounted in apertures, made in upper cover of three-layered panel and in cell filler, positioned between upper and lower covers of three-layered panel, and connected to cell filler along side surface by means of foaming glue composition. Aforementioned bushing on each flange around axial aperture has circular shelf of rectangular cross-section. Height of each shelf does not exceed thickness of upper and lower covers of three-layered panel. lower cover is made with aperture, coaxial with aperture of upper cover. Aforementioned apertures on both covers have diameter, providing for holding of circular shelves of flanges of bushing in them. Bushing with end surfaces of flanges is in tight contact with internal surfaces of upper and lower covers of three-layered panel and is connected to them by means of glue composition. ^ EFFECT: increased manufacturability and precision of mutual placement of elements of construction of supporting unit of three-layered panel, its durability is assured and area of possible use is expanded. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
