FIELD: agriculture; methods and devices for transportation of the solid products in the form of particles between the areas with the different pressure. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device for transportation of the solid products in the form of particles between the areas with the different pressure. In particular, the invention may be used for transportation of the biomass with the low density, such as straw. The technical result of the invention is conformity to the requirements of the transportation of the solid products in the form of particles, abrasive with low density and stagnant. The method is based on utilization of the gateway system. At that the product first is passing through batching device which ensures the succession of the equal batches of the product separated by the equal parts of the space, which are free from the particles. Then the batches of the product are transferred separately through the gateway space, which contains at least one gateway chamber and two pneumatic gates. At least one of the pneumatic gates at any moment ensures the hermetic barrier between the two areas with the different pressure. The batches of the product are compulsorily loaded from the first area in the gateway chamber by means of the pressing screw, which axis is on the same line with the axis of the gateway chamber. Then the product batches are compulsorily unloaded from the gateway chamber in the second area under pressure by means of the piston feed screw or the plunger, or by means of the gas or the liquid fed under pressure much higher, than the pressure in the second area. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures conformity to the requirements of the transportation of the solid products in the form of particles, abrasive with low density and stagnant. ^ 17 cl, 5 dwg |
