A personal terminal having a function of portable phone wireless calling is provided to transmit a calling command including a phone number to a user terminal, thereby enabling a user to call through the personal terminal, such as an MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group layer3) player, a PDA(Personal Digital Assistants), and a PMP(Portable Multimedia Player). A personal terminal(100) having a function of portable phone wireless calling comprises the followings: a memory(120); a touch screen(130); a wireless communication unit(140) which transceives data with a user terminal; and a control unit(150) which controls a whole personal terminal and accesses a phone calling program, stored in the memory(120), and drives the phone calling program, and transmits a calling command including a phone number, inputted through the touch screen(130), to the user terminal through the wireless communication unit.
