A system and a method for processing settlement with a tag, and an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag, a mobile terminal, a settlement processing device, and a recording medium for the same are provided to offer a convenient electronic settlement service in a place difficult to install the settlement terminal or crowded with many people by processing the settlement for goods matched with the RFID tag. The RFID tag includes a memory(110) and a controller(105). The memory includes a data field for storing settlement data including settlement price and/or goods information, a data field for storing member shop data selling the goods, and the data field for storing settlement price deposit account data of the member shop data. The controller reads more than one data from the fields and transmits the read data to the mobile terminal(200) through the transmitter(120) by responding to an information request signal of the mobile terminal.
