PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamfering device which can perform the chamfering of the end surface of a deep part of a hole on the opposite side in a short period of time same as that for the chamfering of the end surface of the hole at the entry side, and has a simple constitution having a small number of parts in a handy type chamfering device for a manual operation. SOLUTION: The chamfering device for the manual operation is equipped with a rotation driving part, a shaft-like part rotatably held in the direction around a shaft by the rotation driving part, and a chamfering machining part mounted to the front position of the shaft-like part so as to integrally rotate with the shaft-like part. The chamfering machining part is composed of at least three turning arm members turnably mounted to the shaft-like part in the plane including the axial direction of the shaft-like part, a spring body disposed between the respective turning arm members and the shaft-like part so as to energize the respective turning arm members toward the shaft-like part, and an abrasive grains part mounted to the respective turning arm members.
