PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position measuring method of a base rock injection material capable of lowering water permeability of the base rock by injecting the injection material, measuring in real time whether the injection material passes some point or not when strengthening the base rock, and acquiring simply information contributing to rationalization of execution. SOLUTION: This method is characterized as follows: a boring hole is made on a spot where the passing state of the injection material is examined; an AE sensor 12 is installed in the boring hole; a sound generated when the injection material flows into a peripheral base rock crack is detected; thereby detects the position of the injection material.
