PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting for more easily and quickly connecting two pipe bodies to each other in a sealing condition. SOLUTION: Into one opening portion side 20 of a fitting body 10, a cylindrical moving member 12 is inserted and positioned which has a stopper portion 72 on the inner peripheral face. A spacer member 76 is extractively inserted through an insertion hole 68 which is provided in the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical moving member 12. Besides, a grip ring 94 in a C-ring form with its diameter being enlarged by elastic deformation is arranged in the cylindrical moving member 12 so that one free end 96a engages with a stopper portion 72 and the other free end 96b engages with a forced-in portion 78 of the insertion hole 68 of the spacer member 76. The spacer member 76 is clamped and held between the other free end 96b of the grip ring 94 and the inner peripheral face 70 of the insertion hole 68 in accordance with the resilient force of the grip end 94.
