A device and a method for managing context information based on a ubiquitous environment are provided to offer a customized AD(ADvertisement) service fit for the context information of each user in connection with a customized AD service system by collecting/managing the context information and profile information of each user in real-time through the ubiquitous-based service network. An information collector(11) collects the context/profile information through the ubiquitous-based service network. An information classifier(12) classifies the collected context/profile information into each user. An information storing part(13) stores the classified context/profile information. A controller(15) controls each component to collect, classify, database, and store the context/profile information of each user. An information provider(14) provides the context/profile information stored in the information storing part. The controller makes the information provider search the context/profile information of the user from the information storing part and provide the searched context/profile information to the outside.
