The natural or artificial nanoparticles comprises a biochemical transport molecule (13) arranged in a membrane, nuclear localization- and/or nuclear export-peptide signal molecule interacted with the transport molecule. The surface of the nanoparticle is associated with the signal molecule by a spacer. The nanoparticle exhibits an additional covering and a diameter of 1-100 nm. The biochemical transport molecule is arranged in the form of a pore complex core. The nanoparticle is transported directionally through the transport membrane. Independent claims are included for: (1) procedure for filtration of nanoparticles through a membrane; and (2) filter system for separation of nanoparticle mixtures.
