PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a louver structure dispensing with reduction of fin pitches of corrugate fins when louvers are refined to increase heat exchange quantity. SOLUTION: A center portion 25 positioned at a center of each group of louvers is composed of a flat portion free from flanging, a flanging angle of an end portion at a center side of the group of louvers of the louvers inside of the group of louvers positioned between an upstream-side flanging portion 21 positioned at an most upstream of each group of louvers and the center portion 25 is larger than a flanging angle of an end portion at an upstream side of the group of louvers, and the flanging angles of the upstream-side flanging portion and the end portion at the center side of the group of louvers of the louvers inside of the group of louvers are determined within a range of 50°-80°.
