PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric flow rate control valve capable of preventing a rotor from being stuck and being unable to rotate when opening, closing, and controlling a valve part. SOLUTION: This electric flow rate control valve is provided with a stopper 41 having a hook part 44 on a case 13 side of a stepping motor 2 and a locking member 18 forming an opening part at an upper end in the rotor 14. When the rotor 14 rotates in the direction of valve opening, the hook part 44 is locked in the opening part to stop rotation of the rotor 14. A stopper 42 having a hook part 55 is provided in a body 3, and a locking member 20 forming an opening part at a lower end of the rotor 14 is provided. When the rotor 14 rotates in the direction of valve closing, the hook part 55 is locked in the opening part to stop rotation of the rotor 14. For this reason, the rotor 14 does not become unable to rotate due to its sticking when the valve part is fully opened and closed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
