PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive roller having excellent durability in adhesion to a resin in the surface layer and small compression set. SOLUTION: The conductive roller is equipped with a conductive mandrel, a silicone rubber elastic layer provided on the periphery of the mandrel and the surface layer composed of a resin on the periphery thereof. The silicone rubber elastic layer is obtained by curing a curable silicone rubber composition having 30 s≤T10≤120 s and 20 s≤T90-T10≤120 s when the 10% curing time is T10 (s) and the 90% curing time is T90 (s) at 120°C.
