PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade apparatus built in a vehicular window side to function as a visor of a vehicular window (window roof), and capable of completely shading a door window having a oblique line, by means of one sheet. SOLUTION: The sunshade apparatus S is installed to a vehicular window frame 3 having a rear frame 3c inclined with respect to an upper frame 3b. The sunshade apparatus comprises: a roll shade part 22 22 disposed along the upper frame 3b; a sheet 41 rolled by the roll shade part 22; a bar-like member R attached to a free end of the sheet 41; and a pullout means 10 for spreading/housing the sheet 41 by pulling out the bar-like member R through sliders 35A, 35B. The bar-like member R is constituted by connecting a guide pipe 42, a slide shaft 43, a rod 44, and on the other hand. The bar-like member R is bent along the upper frame 3b and the rear frame 3c when the sheet 41 is housed, and the bar-like member keeps its linear shape along a lower end of the window frame 3 when the sheet 41 is spread.
