<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system identification device that makes it possible to establish a steady state to start inertia identification, in a short time, eliminates the constant-speed movement of a load during identification, and can carry out inertia identification of a motor, with a load of a limited range of movement, even in an environment where vibratory torque disturbance exists. <P>SOLUTION: The system identification device includes a first identification device computing element 102, that is input with command signal amplitude, command signal frequency, rotational position amplitude, and multiple constant signals and outputs a correction signal for the input signals; and an identification device output gain 103, that is input with a signal obtained by adding a constant signal, to the output of the first identification device computing element 102 and outputs an inertia identification value, obtained by multiplying the input signal by the reciprocal of the square of command signal frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
