<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell suppressing flooding, preventing drop in power generation performance, and enhancing output, and to provide a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is equipped with a first fuel cell having a first cathode catalyst and a second fuel cell having a second cathode catalyst different from the first cathode catalyst, produced water in the first fuel cell flows in the second fuel cell, and exhausted together with produced water in the second fuel cell. The first fuel cell and the second fuel cell may be electrically connected in parallel or in series. A fuel cell stack can be used instead of each fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
