<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information playback apparatus and an information playback method capable of synchronously playing back a plurality of streams without causing sense of incongruity in video and audio. <P>SOLUTION: The information playback apparatus comprises input means 261, 262 to which a plurality of streams 1, 2 each including video and audio are inputted, a selection means which selects a predetermined stream from the plurality of inputted streams 1, 2, and a synchronous playback means 27 to 47 which, by using an audio playback time of the stream selected by the selecting means as a master, synchronously plays back video of the selected stream and video and audio of a non-selected stream. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
