PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for collecting suspended matter on water that can easily collect suspended matters on water without fail by scooping up the suspended matter from the underwater level and putting it on the tool, when the suspended matter on water cannot be reached with a long rod or the like. SOLUTION: A pair of floats are attached to both sides of parallel steel wires as a collection guide rod 1, further another float is horizontally attached from the center of the horizontal steel wire to the rear part, and a steel wire extends from the center upward as a rod for keeping the suspended matter, the L-shaped collecting part is formed from the center downward. A weight is attached to the bottom of the collecting part 2 where the weight is adjusted so that the floats may not sink down and an unwinding is set to the top end of the collecting part. And when children play with a sucker ball and the ball has fell down on the water surface, or when boys enjoy fishing at a wharf or the like and valuable equipments or gears are blown away, the tool tells how to recover the equipment and gears for fishing.
