A smoked laver roaster is provided to embody smoked laver by passing laver through a pair of high-temperature rollers before laver is roasted. The smoked laver roaster comprises: a main body(1) with legs; a pair of frames(2) that are vertically installed on the upside of the main body(1); roller guides(3) that are vertically installed in the middle of the frame(2); upper and lower smoking rollers(4,5) that have a heater and lagging materials within, have bearings and up-down moving sticks on the shafts(41,51), and are fixed to the upper and lower parts of the roller guide(3), respectively; slip rings(6) that have insulating plates interposed therebetween, are fixed to one end of the respective shafts of the smoking rollers(4,5), and supply voltages to the heaters through electric wires, respectively; fixed power supply terminals(7) that are fixed to one side of the roller guide(3) so as to flexibly contact the slip rings(6) rotating with the smoking rollers(4,5) and supply voltages to the slip rings(6) connected with the respective heaters through electric wires; a laver supply conveyor belt(8) that is disposed in the front of the smoking rollers(4,5) in an inverted triangle shape, is rolled around idle rollers, and supplies laver between the smoking rollers(4,5); a laver transfer conveyor belt(9) that is disposed in the rear of the smoking rollers(4,5) in an inverted triangle shape, is rolled around idle rollers, and transfers laver from the smoking rollers(4,5) to a laver roaster; a driving motor(10) that generates motive power and rotates the smoking rollers(4,5) and second and third chains through a first chain(20); a detachable exhaust duct(11) that has an exhaust fan, is installed above the frame(2), and draws off smoke and smells generated during laver roast; and a control part(12) that controls operations of the driving motor(10) and exhaust fan including temperature of the heater. |
