A dish washer is provided to preclude a rack plate from interfering the top plate and the sink when rotating the rack plate, and to improve the space efficiency by containing the rack plate whose one end is cut with a predetermined size. A dish washer is composed of: a tub; a dish rack received in the tub; and a rack plate(200) rotatably installed at the upper part of the dish rack, wherein one end is cut with a predetermined size to prevent the rack plate from being interfered with the tub. The rack plate has the same length as the front and rear length of the dish rack. One end of the rack plate is cut with a predetermined rake. One end of the rack plate is cut like L.
