<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select the necessary number of images suited to the image reading for every right/left eyes out of subject's eye images. <P>SOLUTION: This ophthalmological image reading apparatus stores a file size and a file name in S12, compares it with other image sizes stored already, and rearrange stored image file information in the order of the large size. In S13, this apparatus acquires the stored image file information by the number of them stored in the order of the large size and commands to selectively display applicable images according to the acquired image file information. When the number of the stored image file information is smaller than the stored value, this apparatus commands to select and display all the images in S13. Processes of counting the number of automatically selected subject's eye images and of controlling the selecting operation of the subject's eye images are executed in S14-S17. A list of the input subject's eye images is displayed in S20, so that an operator can confirm the subject's eye images determined and selected to be suited for the image reading by S13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
