PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve for discharging a liquid material, in which the liquid material is prevented from infiltrating into the outside of a cylindrical body to control the discharge amount of the liquid material with high precision and shorten the time to pack the liquid material. SOLUTION: The outside diameter of a diameter-reduced part 22B of a plunger 22 constituting the shut valve 20 for discharging the liquid material is made slightly smaller than the inside diameter of a diameter-reduced part 21C of the cylindrical body 21, so that the diameter-reduced part of the plunger can slide in a through-hole internal space 21b to be formed by the inner peripheral surface of the diameter-reduced part 21C. When the diameter-reduced part 22B of the plunger 22 reaches the position that the liquid material is discharged, the plunger 22 is opposed to a liquid material inflow through-hole 21d and closes the liquid material inflow through-hole 21d and the tip of the plunger 22 is projected from one open end 21A of the cylindrical body 21. The bottom end surface 22C of the plunger 22 is formed to have a hemispherically curved surface, namely, a recessed shape opened downward to the vertical direction.
