摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module for optical communication using parallel flat plates for optical axis compensation with which high integration is made possible by performing optical axis correction by inserting a refracting plate consisting of parallel flat plates with a small refractive index change with temperature into a single lens system with long focal length, and to provide the manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: In the module for optical communication comprising an optical element 1 (optical component 1) outputting light, an optical element 3 (optical component 3) which receives the light output from the optical element 1 and outputs this input light, a lens 2 which is located between the optical element 1 and the optical element 3 and optically couples the optical elements 1, 3, the refracting plate 4 is arranged, which is inserted with an angle between the lens 2 and the optical element 3. The refracting plate 4 is made of an inorganic material of a small refractive index change with temperature, and the coupling position of the light input to the optical element 3 through the lens 2 is adjusted by the insertion angle of this refracting plate 4.
