PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger boarding-alighting facility capable of coping with barrier-free, while bridging over various moving bodies in a wide range. SOLUTION: This passenger board-alighting facility is constituted so that a fixed passage unit 22 arranged at the same height level as a height level fixed building side boarding-alighting passage 5 such as a ship passenger terminal and connectable to the building side boarding-alighting passage 5, and a tip passage unit 23 liftably arranged in response to a height level of a boarding-alighting port 11 of the moving body 10 such as a ship and connectable to the boarding-alighting port 11 of the moving body 10, are incorporated into a main frame 24, and a liftably arranged intermediate passage unit 25 is incorporated into a sub-frame 26 so as to become an intermediate height level between the fixed passage unit 22 and the tip passage unit 23 of the main frame 24, and a turning-back passage unit 27 is arranged for connecting the fixed passage unit 22 and the tip passage unit 23 via the intermediate passage unit 25.
