An optical terminal case is provided to easily separate and connect an optical terminal from/to an adapter holder by vertically moving up and down an adapter holder and fixing the adapter holder in a desirable position while the adapter holder is moving. An optical terminal case includes an adapter holder(30) erectly disposed on a portion adjacent to an inner wall(10a) of a case body(10) and having an adapter support hole(32a) formed on the center to support plural adapters(20), and an optical fiber cord(40) having an optical terminal(42) connected to/separated from the adapter of the adapter holder. The adapter holder comprises a holder body(32) disposed in the center of the adapter support hole and provided with sliding plates(32b) at both ends, and a support bracket(34) equipped with a support plate(34a) contacted with the sliding plate of the holder body and fixed to the case body to guide the vertical up/down motions of the sliding plate.
