<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC coin processing device suitably built in a game medium dispenser or the like because of a miniaturized structure while ensuring capacity for storing IC coins. <P>SOLUTION: The IC coin processing device for carrying out data processing such as recording/reproducing, storing, issuing and recovering IC coins has an IC coin stock way 120 formed along the turning locus of a turning-controlled arm member 162, and a support pin 161 provided at the tip of the arm member and projected into the stock way.
