<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking system capable of collecting and analyzing the working time for the picking by the element work unit which is further segmentalized than the order unit. <P>SOLUTION: The picking system includes a cart server 20 which receives picking information from an upper rank device 10, and transmits the picking instruction to indicate the picking place, an article and the number thereof according to a request from a picker, and at least one terminal device which is moved together with the picker, capable of performing the radio transmission/reception to/from the server 20, and provided with an indication unit for indicating the picking instruction. The terminal device has a work analysis mode execution means for executing the predetermined work analysis. The predetermined work analysis is performed for a plurality of predetermined element works on the work performed by the picker.
