<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change image quality processing for improving image quality automatically to optimum one according to the state of a system when reproducing an animation. <P>SOLUTION: A main memory 113 stores various application programs. The various application programs contain a moving image reproduction application program 201 for reproducing dynamic image data. The program 201 has an image quality improvement routine capable of changing throughput in the image quality processing for the image quality processing for improving the image quality of the dynamic image. A CPU 111 can execute a plurality of application programs containing the animation reproduction application program 201 in parallel. A load detector detects the amount of load in the CPU 111.
