PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large power by efficiently utilizing the repulsive force and the attraction force of a magnet to transfer the forces to a shaft. SOLUTION: In the motor which obtains rotation by the action of current flowing in an electromagnetic coil in a magnetic field generated from an electromagnet 2 and a permanent magnet, the permanent magnet is fixed to the inside of a case 1, the electromagnet and the shaft 3 are fixed with a connecting member, and the fulcrum of the connecting member 4 is made eccentric to the side surface of the shaft to allow the repulsive force and the attraction force to be transferred to the shaft.
