The invention relates to a disengagement bearing (1) on a gearchange clutch, comprising a roller bearing (2), the fixed bearing ring (3) of which is connected to an actuating device and the circulating bearing ring (4) is connected to a thrust washer (5), whereby the thrust washer (5) is in contact with spring tongues (7) on a diaphragm spring in the gearchange clutch. According to the invention, on operation of a gearchange clutch a low-slip and low-noise operation and rapid self-centering of the disengagement bearing (1) may be achieved, whereby a friction-increasing microstructure is provided on the surface (6) of the thrust washer (5) in the contact region of the spring tongues (7), whereby the material of the thrust washer (5) has an elastic and/or plastic deformability such as to penetrate the microstructure on loading by the spring tongues (7) and thus achieve a positive connection with the thrust washer (5) in the circumferential direction.
