<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination form preparing device, a control method for the combination form preparing device, and a program for suitably preparing a combination form that can attain simplification of entry and efficiency of subsequent office work processing by combining a plurality of forms required for carrying out a plurality of different procedure/notifications. <P>SOLUTION: To prepare the combination form by combining the plurality of forms 301, 302 composed of a plurality of component forms, the respective component forms constituting the plurality of forms are acquired first, and the component forms which overlap among the plurality of forms, out of the acquired component forms are collected as the same partial forms. A virtual page for arranging the component forms is prepared.
