PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the entanglement of ends of brush bristles and the scattering in the direction of the bristle ends in a cosmetic brush. SOLUTION: A prescribed length of the ends of the brush bristles 1 formed into waveform-like shape is made straight. When tying the brush bristles 1 and manufacturing the cosmetic brush, this constitution enables prevention of the mutual entanglement of the end parts of the respective brush bristles.
