PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of both an automatic device and a semi-automatic device and to facilitate dispensing operation and monitoring operation by allocating the work of packaging PTP (press-through package) packaged medicines to both devices. SOLUTION: The automatic PTP dispenser 40 is placed adjacent to the semi-automatic medicine storing devices 100 and 200. A working table 115 is added to the medicine storing device 100. A concave space 116 is formed in a part of the working table 115 and has a weighing device 170. Conveying mechanisms 45 and 160 to send the automatically dispensed medicines to the concave space 116 are provided. A cassette for keeping the medicines aligned, advancing them orderly, and discharging sequentially by vibrations is mounted on the PTP dispenser 40. A light emitting member 13 for emitting light passing in front of a plurality of retreated storing containers 220 is provided on the medicine storing devices 100 and 200, and a visualization means which refracts the light to the front upon receiving the emitted light is provided in the front end part of each storing container 220.
