<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swinging and exercising device which is used in doing physical exercises to eliminate physical stresses, so-called modern-day sickness, such as backache and stiff shoulders. <P>SOLUTION: This swinging and exercising device, which is safe and easy to maintain, includes a rotating shaft 11 connected to a motor 8. The rotating shaft 11 is provided with umbrella-shaped spinning tops at the front and back parts each of which is set to run in a direction opposite to each other, and is also connected with four eccentric drive wheels 1 on which a tiltable swinging plate 7 is placed with its edges curled so that the rotation of the rotating shaft 11 can make the plate 7 move in an 8-shaped motion while swinging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
