MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTRODE MIX PASTE FOR ALKALINE STORAGE BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the efficient manufacturing method of electrode mix paste for an alkaline storage battery capable of enhancing dispersion of a various kind of additives added to an electrode in order to enhance battery characteristics while a polysaccharide stable under battery-using environment are used.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method depends on the assumption that two kinds of powder having different average particle sizes and the polysaccharide are contained, an average particle size of large powder A is made 8-35 μm and an average particle size of small powder B is made 0.1-5 μm, and the manufacturing method comprises a first process for kneading the powder B and the polysaccharide, and a second process for kneading the kneaded material in the first process and the powder A.
