PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling device capable of making a stapling position and a folding position set to a central position of a sheet even if the type of sheet or surroundings (temperature/humidity) are changed. SOLUTION: Length of a sheet to be conveyed by the sheet handling device in the conveying direction is detected, and a sheet stopper position is controlled so that folding position and stapling position are set in a central part of the sheet on the basis of the information about the detected sheet length.
