PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the support strength of an upper side frame body and to suppress the movement and projection in the thickness direction of a seat back of the constituting member of a feed mechanism when the upper side frame body is tilted. SOLUTION: The seat back center folding mechanism for tilting the upper side frame body 11 to a lower side frame body 12 is provided with hinge mechanism parts 20a and 20b to be a tilting center and a feed mechanism part 30 operated so as to connect both frame bodies 11 and 12 and turn the upper side frame body 11 around a hinge center. The hinge mechanism parts 20a and 20b turnably connect the lower end parts of side frames 11a and 11b and upper end parts of side frames 12a and 12b. For the feed mechanism part 30, a housing 33 holding a motor 31 and a nut 32 is fixed to a lower side reinforcing member 14, and the upper end part of a feed screw shaft 34 screwed to the nut 32 is pin-connected to an arm member 40 and linked and connected to an upper side reinforcing member 13.
