<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiator disassemblable at low cost and high efficiency, even if a substance contained in gas is a gaseous compound of malodor substance like highly concentrated hydrogen sulfide. <P>SOLUTION: This electron irradiator emits electron beam 22 through an irradiation window 21 comprising titanium foil 21a, to decompose a malodor substance like hydrogen sulfide in the gas 10 passing through a gas treatment chamber body 9c.
