PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool water in a water tank for the breeding of ornamental fish with chilled air of a conventional refrigerator. SOLUTION: The cooling apparatus is provided with a heat sink E placed in a refrigerator RE, a heat radiator R placed in a water tank V, circulation pipes P1, P2 connecting the components and a circulation pump PU circulating water in the heat sink E, the heat radiator R and the circulation pipes P1, P2. The circulation pipes P1 and P2 are extending from the inside to the outside of the refrigerator RE and the water cooled in the refrigerator RE is circulated to the heat radiator R by the operation of the circulation pump PU to cool the water in the water tank V.
