<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in a multifunction printer that a plurality of users share and use. <P>SOLUTION: When a user wants to obtain a print-out from a copier 10 by operating a computer 1, an ID card 15 is loaded into an ID recognizing device 11 to read ID information original for the user, and the ID information is added to output information and transmitted to a controller 5. The user then moves to a place where the controller 5 is installed, and loads the ID card 15 into an ID card recognizing device 14 to read ID information. The controller 5 then issues an output command to the copier 10 when the ID information from the computer 1 matches the ID information read by the ID card recognizing device 14. When performing another job processing such as facsimile communication or electronic mail transmission/reception, matching of the ID information is also confirmed and then, output information is output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
