<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-receiving device outputting a signal corresponding to an input light, and inspecting an internal circuit, with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The light-receiving device outputting a signal corresponding to an input light has: a plurality of light-receiving elements (PDA, PDA') for outputting detection signals corresponding to an input light; an output circuit (16) for comparing the detection signals (VA, VA') output from the light-receiving elements (PDA, PDA') and outputting output signals on the basis of a result of comparison; and a test circuit (111) for controlling any one of the detection signals (VA, VA') to be supplied to the output circuit (16) in response to the level of the test signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
