Disclosed is a laboratory animal exerting no immunogenic response against a cultured cancer cell labeled with a fluorescent protein or luciferase, which is useful in cancer cell transplantation experiments, transplantation experiments of stem cells derived from various organs or basic experiments for regenerative therapy. A substantially non-fluorescent GFP mutant which has substitution, deletion or insertion at least at one position selected from position 66, position 67 and position 68 of the amino acid sequence for EGFP (e.g., a protein depicted in SEQ ID NO:2 in Sequence Listing); a transgenic non-human mammal capable of expressing the protein; and others.
