A signal pre-distortion transmitter using channel information and a method thereof are provided to previously apply reverse distortion to a signal by using characteristics of a channel, and then transmit the distorted signal in order to overcome signal distortion on the communication channel, so that a receiving party can receive a normal signal because signal distortion is removed. A signal pre-distortion transmitter using channel information comprises the followings: a transceiver(101); a storage(102); a signal pre-distortion unit for previously applying reverse signal distortion to a transmission signal by using distortion information of a communication channel stored in the storage; and a controller(103) which controls the signal pre-distortion unit so as to previously give the reverse signal distortion to the transmission signal by using the distortion information of the communication channel stored in the storage(102), and controls the transceiver(101) so as to transmit the transmission signal, in which the signal distortion is previously performed through the signal pre-distortion unit, to a receiver.
