MEMORY DISK DEVICE THROUGH HIGH INTERFACE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

A memory disk device using a fast interface and a control method thereof are provided to maximize computer use efficiency in an environment requiring fast/precise multi-processing by loading a large application program to a computer at a very high speed. A computer interface(200) manages physical/electrical connection with the computer. A fast memory(400) writes and stores the data received from the computer. A main controller(100) controls/manages bus-based communication with the computer by generating an optimal address of the fast memory and writing the valid data after analyzing an instruction/address received through the computer interface, and reading/retransmitting the data corresponding to an address area of the fast memory to the computer. A power manager(300) receives internal power received from the computer and external power, and controls the internal/external power. A UPB detector(500) keeps data storage by detecting abnormality for the power received from the computer and automatically applying the external power.
