PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document deletion system capable of carrying out a physical deletion process of a document according to a physical deletion process condition set up for each server, restraining a physical deletion object capacity few, and reducing possibility of stopping of the whole service due to shortage of capacity of storage resources of a server device. SOLUTION: In this document deletion system in which computers are connected to each other through a network, an application server which carries out a physical deletion process of the document according to capacity conditions consisting of a deletion capacity, a free capacity, etc. set up for each server, a resource load conditions consisting of a CPU load, an I/O load, etc., and physical deletion conditions including a using user number condition, etc. An information processor is made to function as the document deletion system.
