PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing user's mistake in specifying destination of e-mail. SOLUTION: A number of transmission checking section 52 refers to a condition relating to the upper limit of the number of mail address to which mails can be transmitted at a time and checks whether the number of mail address received by a TO column destination reception section 42, a CC column destination reception section 44 and a BCC column destination reception section 46 exceeds the upper limit or not. A transmission propriety determination section 50 refers to a condition relating to propriety of transmission of mail to the mail address of the destination, and determines whether the transmission of the mails to the mail addresses received by the TO column destination reception section 42, the CC column destination reception section 44 and the BCC column destination reception section 46 is possible or not. A conversion section 48 converts the mail addresses received by the TO column destination reception section 42 or the CC column destination reception section 44 are converted to the BCC column.
